Column

What it consists of:

  • Replacing existing motor (s) and pump (s) with one or several servo-pumps.
  • In some cases, replacing the machine´s control system.


Features:
  • Optimizes energy efficiency: Up to 60% savings vs. traditional fixed-flow pump systems. Up to 40% savings vs. traditional variable-flow pump systems.
  • Reduces hydraulic oil heating by 5°C to 10°C.
  • Reduces required hydraulic oil by up to half.

Servo-pumps and controllers:
  • DELTA or Techmation.
  • PLC: Siemens S7-1200
  • ADVANTECH display.

Installation is possible on:
  • Molding machines with traditional hydraulic systems, using either fixed or variable flow pumps.

Required for a quote:
  • Hydraulic diagram with pump sizes to determine the required flow.
  • System pressure settings.
  • Electrical diagram.

  • Two 45kW motors - 240 VAC each.
  • Fixed-flow pumps only.
  • Located in San Pedro Sula.
  • Cycle time = 63 sec. (unified).


MoldeMold:

  • Soda crate.
  • 2325 grams HDPE. (High-density polyethylene).
  • Gravity part ejection.
  • Cooling time = charging time.
  • Cycle time = 63 sec. (before and after.).


Consumption before OPTIMIZE: 0.68 kWh per kg of material produced.
